You need to be very careful when purchasing from this supplier, especially if you're buying in bulk. Although I have bought many products from them over a long period, the product descriptions do not always match what you actually receive. In almost every order, around 5% of the items have been defective or not as described. I usually accepted those losses and chose not to complain. However, in my last order, nearly 10% of the total value consisted of defective or incorrectly described items. They sent me copper jewelry instead of the stainless steel products that were advertised. When I requested a refund, they denied my claim despite the difference being obvious. Based on my experience, I recommend checking every item carefully after delivery. If something is not as described, don't assume the seller will take responsibility. My experience with their customer service was disappointing, and I found it frustrating that they refused to acknowledge an issue that was clear.
