Great Customer Service--Even on a Sunday!
My wife and I both needed replacement CPAP masks, actually we mostly needed better headgear straps-The Velcro fasteners were beginning to lose their hold. After navigating the cpap.com website, I was able to place my (medium size) mask into the shopping basket, Next, I attempted several times to find the same Blue Comfort Gel mask for my wife, in a Petite size. Trying to get to the right web page turned into a nightmare. Was so frustrated that I turned to amazon and found the Blue Comfort Gel mask for sale there. Their website is so much more easy to navigate. At the last minute I decided to call cpap.com. I spoke with "Juliene", who was very professional and courteous. She helped me in the completion of my order. She went out of her way to determine the best offer to keep the cost down. My faith in cpap.com was restored. However, in my humble opinion, the cpap.com website needs work to render it more user friendly.
