Misleading .co.uk website – Avoid!
Ordered shoes believing this was a UK-based company due to their .co.uk website. The shoes actually shipped from China and didn't fit. When I asked to return them, customer support offered tiny partial discounts instead of honoring a return. They then gave a US warehouse address to force me into paying expensive international postage, warning the parcel would be destroyed if anything went wrong. Misleading commercial practices—steer clear!
