I recommend that anyone considering this company for a divorce review their services carefully and do thorough research beforehand. The process began without issues, but over time it became more difficult. Documents were rejected for minor formatting issues, such as a state abbreviation not being capitalized. After resubmission, review times were typically 2–3 weeks, during which the monthly fee continued to be charged. In my case, complications increased when my spouse did not participate in the divorce. I was informed that the process would stop, but I was still charged for additional services and fees. I have now spent well over $1,000 and the divorce is still not finalized. I was also informed at one point that they would not serve my spouse and that my case was essentially complete. Approximately one month later, I was charged an additional $69. Communication is handled by email only, with responses typically taking several days. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to carefully review the terms of service, understand the full cost structure, and clarify how non-cooperation from a spouse is handled before proceeding.
