Lots of potential wasted by reliability issues and slow support
This CRM undeniably offers a wide range of features that could be very useful. However, my experience has been significantly hindered by recurring connection problems with Gmail, which work randomly (every other time). Furthermore, the customer service has been particularly slow to respond to my requests. These two points combined make productive use of this solution simply impossible. Despite the promises of the many options offered, the lack of reliability in the connections and the slowness of customer support are major obstacles. I hope these aspects will be improved quickly.
