Bus caught fire and they left the customers on road
The app and their support itself a scam they are organising scam in a corporate way. They bus I booked cought fire and left the passengers on the road and ran away later after stuglling 1 hour I got the customer support guy who's was having no clue of bus said bus got smoke only no fire and making excus after lefting 45 passengers on road he was just saying you can bord from around 15km away from the location at 11pm in the night please refuse to book from there better to book direct from the operator at latest they can offer better support and know where the bus is these guys have no clue.
