Firstly I have never written a review before. But honestly this company is useless. The mower has stopped working. - I go through all the chats / back and forth at which point they decide they wish for me to post the mower back. 2 Months I am now waiting and they haven't collected it yet. I have contacted them constantly and i keep getting told someone will contact me within 2 days. So currently 4 months I do not have a working mower. Mammotion - ticket 108005 Further to the above, after receiving the mower back - it now doesnt charge properly. And i am again in the loop of having to chase support to get a response. New Ticket: 158491 This year the mower has not cut the grass once. (Nearly 6 Months now!)
