Not sending me a return label back…
Have been waiting for over a week for a return shipping label and nobody will send it to me. I have reached out before 15days to return an item and I feel like I am being held hostage because nobody will send me a label. I will be reporting this to my credit card company if I do not receive a returning label shipping label. Very unprofessional.
