Mary was aware of my multiple orders and averted a disaster
Mary made placing a new order a snap and also caught that I had selected the wrong type of HME device for my masks. I had also ordered the wrong ones in a previous order. Not only did she arrange for an exchange, she noted that my new order would arrive in time for me to use those in the order and not have to place an additional rush order to have what I needed for my next trip.
