Lack of communication …
I placed an order for a named beaded braclet on the 19 May 2025 The payment was excepted but after this I didn't receive any emails of this confirmation or order details . To date no such emails have been received and no replies from customer services after sending 3 request for any confirmation of payment or order. The bracelet was a birthday present with grandchildrens names for my wife An acknowledgement of my email queries would be very much appreciated. I'm very much left in limbo
