Communication needs improvement
Ay the beginning, their communication was bad. The contact center does not exist along with none of them answering my DM on tiktok about it. Update: I did get my order and the hair quality is amazing! I was worried before but I’m very thankful now. The hair is soo good i had to make it a 4 star even though with bad communication, I would make it 3.5.
