S C A M. This "Dr. Fone" and all of wondershare apps aren't just a rip-off, they are a full-blown digital con artist designed to separate you from your cash with zero remorse. Do NOT fall for their promises; this app is a total money scam. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. After realizing their software was useless and didn't deliver on its extravagant claims, I tried to get a refund. Their website clearly states their refund policy, and my situation perfectly matched the criteria. But trying to get that money back? Forget about it. Their customer service isn't just bad; they're genuinely unhelpful and bordering on hostile. You email, you explain, you provide all the evidence, and what do you get?
