Very slow delivery times while repeating to be patient. The American consumer is not going to respond well to this when the average wait time in the US is very short with a sense of urgency from vendors. This will lead to failure in this market --- and I am assuming you are shipping internationally because we are not accustomed to this poor service quality in the states.
