ChatGPT feature blocked due to Russia region lock — no support, no reset
I bought EMO with the hope to use the ChatGPT feature, which is officially promoted. During setup, I selected “Moscow” as the city. Since then, country and timezone are locked. ChatGPT settings do not appear in the Preferences menu at all. I contacted support several times. I sent screenshots, videos, and full explanations. They keep saying “EMO is not region-restricted” — while admitting that location in Russia locks certain features. I asked for a remote reset or at least instructions to unlock the region — no solution offered. I have a valid OpenAI API key and I cannot use the core feature I paid for. Living.AI should either: - Let us change country/region; - Or clearly state on the product page that Russian users cannot use ChatGPT. Until then, I strongly discourage buying EMO if you live in Russia or selected the wrong location during setup. You will not be able to fix it. Order number: 119814
