Feedback on dementia course and logistics
Patty was an experienced clinician, who spoke well with a passion that was obvious. She told stories which were relevant and was encouraging of participation of the delegates. The structure was clear and presentations concise and logical. questions were answered without judgement. No embarrassment or shame was felt by participants. Logistically, a link was sent to me many days before, but I sent it on and couldn't find it, so tried to get the link sent to me again without technical support from the chat function, email or even phoning until 11 am. So that was a real disappointment for me.
