Ordering since May 9th 2025, has submitted to 3 e-mails for status update and still not receiving any reply + having unfulfilled delivery status over the promised estimation time.

I finally received a product on June 18th because my order was backordered. I don't know why they did not update the status on the website which is unlucky or poor management. However, even I have got the product. It is still sketchy to me when the contact message pop up in the website and gone later in the future. That was the way I can contact them and they can reply. In the end, I would like to give this to only 2 stars only. I would recommend to use this website for finding a product that you like and then buy on other websites instead. ---------------------------------- I have been ordered the automatic masturbator product which is worth slightly above 100 USD since May 9th, 2025 with priority shipping delivery method. However, I started having a concern that it is taking longer than the estimated time (5-7 working days). The delivery status is always at Unfulfilled status so I decided to send the e-mail which is at their website (contact-us mail). However, there has been no reply. Then, I did it again the 2nd time (support mail) on May 21st, 2025 and also got no reply. And, the last time I just submitted the 3rd and final e-mail (sales mail) on May 27th, 2025. It has been 19 days that I still have not received any update with the delivery status or any reply from all 3 sources which it makes me believe that I have got scammed from their service. In conclusion, DO NOT BUY any product from the website. I will keep updating the status or not updating anymore depending on their response.
