Don’t order from this company!!! If it were possible to give zero stars, I would have. I ordered two dresses (same dress in two different colors) and want to return them because 1) They took forever to arrive and I had left for a trip by the time they did arrive, and 2) I just don’t like them. The company has a 14-day return policy. I contacted them by email (only info available on the website) within the 14 day window (roughly 9-10 days after receipt) and they want to know why I want to return. So I send an explanation and then they want me to take photos. I email again and they reply they want to know my bust, waist, and hip measurements and the condition of the dresses. What??? So, I look up their reviews online and everything is clear. What a poorly-rated company. It all makes sense. They were just giving me the run-around. So another unhappy customer posted a phone number. Because I am now outside of the 14 days, “they couldn’t help” and a supervisor “will contact me within 24 hours.” Don’t order from this company!! Update on 6/6/25 - Still awaiting a call from a supervisor.
