😡Extremely Complicated and Costly Return Process I recently tried to return a product to Woodchuck Sato, and unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating experience. After returning the product in April, I was informed that customs mistakenly charged over RMB 5,000 (approximately $700 USD) due to an incorrect declared value — even though I was not properly instructed on how to declare the package for customs. The seller claimed that the responsibility was mine and suggested deducting this enormous customs fee from my refund. I tried to explain that I had not received clear guidance on this complicated process, and that such a high customs fee was extremely unreasonable. Despite several emails and my request for a fair full refund, I still have not received any refund at all. I feel very disappointed and unfairly treated as a customer. I hope this review helps others be aware of the potential risks when dealing with international returns with this company.
