Very shady read reviews before ordering.
I made my order on November 29th, and it is now December 18th, and I still have not received my 4D mask. The shipping updates stopped after December 10th. I've emailed them multiple times, and they were certain it was on the way and that there was a problem with the tracking updates. I emailed again today, given that it is only 7 days until Christmas, and a different person from customer service agreed that the status of my shipment is unclear. However, they couldn't give a refund. So, one member of their customer service had been lying to me, saying they were in contact with the logistics company and that my product was en route, which further delayed me from looking for an alternative product for my partner's Christmas gift. Not only am I out of pocket €500, but I have less than 7 days to find something similar. This is a very shady company. I regret not reading the bad reviews before ordering.
