No answer after sending request for refund with pictures
I never heard back from them regarding a refund or exchange. Item was too large..colour was off. More yellow than what was actually on the site ( I have purchased items online before from other vendors..this was clearly way off). I couldn't be bothered chasing so I donated the item. Won't do business gain with this co.
