I pre-ordered a costume on April 1st…
I pre-ordered a costume on April 1st with a delivery time June 3rd to June 17th. I’ve been asking sending it form May 12th - the date they supposed to send it by. Every time I talk to the support they ask me for patience since the costume will be in production for another week. But I’ve been asking about sending time for the past 4 weeks and every time I’m getting the same response. I have a convention on the 13th-16th with a pre-paid session and no costume to photograph or even an information when it’ll be here. Awful experience, money lost.
