You canceled my reservation not me
You canceled my reservation not 20 minutes before we arrived from Boston. Your site and Latch were terrible to use. Fortunately Airbnb Bailed us out. I will never use your site again. No one responded from customer service or timely on your live chat. Nothing was any good, we took a risk trying new site, and won’t do that again.
