If there’s anyone at Refine Packaging…
If there’s anyone at Refine Packaging deserving of immediate recognition and promotion, it’s Steven Ignacio. From the very beginning of our partnership, Steven has exemplified what every client hopes for but rarely experiences: lightning-fast communication, top-tier professionalism, and unwavering courtesy at every stage of the process. His response time is nothing short of phenomenal—consistently replying within minutes, even to detailed or complex requests. He anticipates needs before they arise and ensures that nothing slips through the cracks. Thanks to Steven, our packaging moves into production without delay, every single time, and he always follows through to ensure that there are zero hiccups along the way. Steven doesn’t just do his job—he elevates it. He brings peace of mind and genuine partnership to every interaction, and that is invaluable in today’s business climate. If you’re looking for an example of what dependable, proactive, and truly client-centered service looks like, Steven Ignacio sets the standard. He is an irreplaceable asset to your team, and in my honest opinion, long overdue for a promotion.
