Subella Hair is extremely deceptive. They steal photos from other wig makers on Instagram and then ship out grossly inferior, bootleg units that look nothing like what was advertised. The wig I received: • Was a completely different color — orange instead of a rich brown. • Had a totally different texture — cheap and synthetic-looking. • Even the lace was wrong — not HD or transparent like in the pictures. When I tried to return it, they gave me the runaround for days and then expected me to pay to ship their fake wig back. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly scamming customers by using stolen images. Save your money and your sanity. Shop elsewhere.
