Disappointed in my experience
I had an American Standard walk in tub installed on 3/31/25. After installation I found several problems . The molded part of the tub didn't reach to the wood molding of the bathroom. The area was patched with plaster. The caulking where tub and wall met has several cracks. The latching handle is loose. I called to get a service appointment and was told the technician would contact me to set it up. After several more calls, an appointment was set for 6/1/25. Technician was a no show and no call. I contacted company again and have heard nothing since. I am very disappointed in my experience.
