I purchased a stainless water filter and some how either by mistake or other I was sent $600.00 worth of filters! I have Berky filters and did not want these and after spending hours on hold for Customer service I cancelled the charge with my Visa holder and assumed they would contact me. Wrong! They took the time to contact my bank and convince them the order was legit without even trying me. Bank called this morning and said they will run the charge. As I write this I have been on hold with Customer service 26 minutes with no contact. I will avoid these guys like the plague.......
