Excellent service
When you call they answer promptly. They are very truthful on their response. When I got to the hotel they sent me an email stating that I could contact them if I had any questions, which made me feel taken care of. The only problem I have is the itinerary is outdated there was a ride that wasn’t in service anymore. Sorry I don’t know as I don’t have the paper anymore, and the itinerary states to go to Harry Potter first well everyone was going there first at early opening. Oh the itinerary states Universal has 8am early bird and they don’t. So, check the website for early opening. But all in all I would definitely use them again.
