Disappointing
I deposited twice and did not get my welcome bonuses. I asked why and they said this was a duplicate account. I asked when the first account was created and they say that information was private. I asked why was I able to create another account when they can detect duplicates anyway as evident by this casino preventing me from getting a bonus. The agent said that no casino can prevent a person from creating another account. What a complete lie. What a waste of time and money.
