I purchased a bookshelf/shoe locker with doors. Modern Design White Reclaimed Wood Shoe Displays with Adaptable Shelf, Gate, Closed Back, and Detached Installation, 35"L x 13"W x 71"H SKU: 2205063966 The product took a considerable amount of time to arrive. Tracking was good, so I was able to monitor. Product quality was very low. Thin, the back panel did not provide support, and the hinges are too easy to bend. 1) No assembly instructions included 2) When I contacted support, I followed the provided instructions and video, but for a slightly different product. The instructions were too high-level. 3) Holes to attach the door hinges were not pre-drilled, so a professional cabinet installer was required to ensure they hung straight. The final assembly demonstrated that it was not a quality product. A similar product is available at IKEA for 1/3 the price. 2/3 the price if you have the IKEA product shipped. Currently asking for a refund, but no response.
