As you speak with your representative to set up your account, I would encourage you to ask about the differences between qualified, mid-qualified, and non-qualified rates and ensure you understand them. It took me several phone calls to their very respectful and knowledgeable customer service representatives in order to fully understand that the pricing structure is more nuanced than I initially thought.
