My Experience with Wondershare
Their website promises to be the BEST company in the world at data recovery - any files, any devices... NOT TRUE! My external hard drive was having an issue and I unfortunately paid $77.93 for their software to recover my data only to find out it didn't work as advertised. When I asked the company for a refund I was DENIED. They even have a "7 day money back guarantee" and I asked for my refund within 1 hour of purchase - yet NO REFUND.... UPDATED: After much back and forth with the company and reminding them of the "7 day money back guarantee" (and providing a screenshot of my empty Disk Utility window) they agreed to refund my money. Which I received in full. I am thankful for the refund, not so happy it took a lot of hassle and and public bad review to get it done. If you offer a money back guarantee then you shouldn't put paying customers thru all the red tape and hassle if it doesn't work out. Pay them without hassle. Period.
