Excellent customer support Reps, Leopoldo was extremely knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue as soon as he was able to remotely connect to my Rotimatic. It did take me a lil bit to get in touch with with customer support, the app didn’t work, no response to emails or a scheduled call but once I got hold of them it worked great. Thanks
