Extremely Disappointing Hosting and Customer Support Experience We had a terrible experience with Vodien’s hosting service and customer support. Due to an outage on their end, all three of our websites went down. When they finally came back online, we discovered they had been reverted to previous versions without any notice. We contacted customer support, but unfortunately, the representative lacked the necessary technical knowledge. They incorrectly blamed Cloudflare DNS and insisted we pay a restoration fee, offering no real assistance. We clearly instructed Vodien to restore only two of the websites and not to touch the WordPress site, as we were actively updating it. They confirmed they would not restore the WordPress site. However, despite this assurance, they went ahead and restored it anyway—resulting in the complete loss of our recent updates. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and technical incompetence have made us seriously reconsider continuing with their services.
