Absolutely do not but from this website. The boots I ordered were advertised as 100% real leather and the boots that showed up were pretty much plastic and look nothing like the picture on the website. The return process has been nothing shy of a nightmare, it’s been two weeks since I’ve initially requested a return and have been going through a back and forth of them offering 5% back to keep them. I have repeatedly told them I just want to return these boots but they seem incapable of accepting a return. Absolutely horrible customer service and the product is complete garbage. Update: Once I finally agreed to a refund (which took weeks) they sent an email saying it would take 6 months to process. In what world is that acceptable, I would expect to see a refund within 2 weeks at the longest. Everything about this company is a red flag.
