Filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB
Filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB. This company absolutely sucks. Ordered a DTF printer costing me $2965.54. They never fulfilled my order and when I requested a cancelation they giving me the run around. They keep changing my refund date. I filed a claim with my bank they are not responding as well. There is no contact number for this company just an email which they pick and chose who they respond to. This has been a horrible experience.
