SLL certificate not working
SLL Certificate was not working for some reasons. Got in touch, took some time, but then they fixed. Wish I was able to quickly ring a phone line or chat with someone live in a chat rather than waiting. But happy that things got resolved. Hopefully no more future downtime UPDATE Two days after the the issue persisted again and we are back with site down and SSL certificate expired. Waiting again for them to fix... Hopefully not like last time 4 days of waiting. and 4 days of business lost.
