Horrible customer service!
I learned about this website and do feel it could be valuable if you own short term rentals. We are considering purchasing a short term rental, and I only wanted to test this resource. The online enrollment was misleading. I carefully reviewed all terms and read that this was a monthly subscription of $34/month with the right to cancel. When I saw I was billed $400 (which was not shown on the screen to approve the amount), I emailed them to cancel and refund. This was within 3 business days of signing up, and I only briefly looked up a few homes. Instead of honoring my request, the representative was quick to send me a link to a page that was not the same one I viewed. The link he sent even has a free trial, which is all I was hoping to do. Instead of honoring my request to cancel & refund, they offered to change it to $125/month. Horrible customer service!!
