They Don't Even Know Where Their Own Packages Are
Update 1: Their customer service is truly awful. They'll reply to all the reviews on TrustPilot and pretend like they'll do everything they can to help and even ask for your order number, but won't do anything about it. I'm looking to file a chargeback with my CC company because this is ridiculous. I will never purchase anything from them again. It's a drop shipping company that doesn't ship within the time frame given on the website. When you reach out for help they'll continually lie and say it's in transit to your destination even though the tracker they send says differently and can't provide any type of timeline on when the order will be delivered. If you ask to cancel or ask for a refund they'll claim they can't because it's already been shipped. A shipment they can't track or give you information on when it'll arrive. Terrible business model and customer service.
