Lazada CANCELLED two orders
Lazada cancelled two orders I made. One of the orders informed me that the delivery company was picking up the item. But Lazada cancelled my order. I rang the customer service and spoke to an executive, Sri, who furnished standard answers to my questions. I told Sri that I don’t want the refund but I want the item. Also, I told Sri to get the CEO to speak to me. Let’s see. They think they are too big for their shoes. Jack Ma the original founder of Alibaba can speak all he wants and expounding his philosophy but Lazada is not serving its customers. He has spoken much about himself. I won’t use Lazada again.
