Horrible!
Really the starts should be negative. Horrible customer service and not option to return! I ordered a few dresses for possible choices as MOG. The dresses fit, but was too short and very cheaply made. I requested a refund. I was met with questions, request of pictures and still no return address or refund. THEN they said sent this: We support returns and exchanges, but do not provide shipping label services. Based on our experience, the return shipping fee is generally 70% of the total amount of the goods. The return shipping fee is charged by the post office or courier logistics company you choose, and we do not charge any fees. But on the premise that you keep the product, I would like to offer you two solutions. Please consider the two solutions I have provided for you (you can choose one of them) 1. You can keep the dresses or give them as gifts to your friends or family. 2. We offer you a 15% discount, and you can purchase the appropriate size or other products you like. So I have dresses for sale if anyone one wants one or their kids want to play dress up! Please do not order from them! The order will take 4-6 weeks to get also.
