Misleading Trial – Charged Immediately
I signed up for the free trial of WPS expecting to test the app before committing to a subscription. However, I was surprised to see that I was charged immediately without any grace period. This defeats the whole purpose of a “trial” and feels misleading. The app itself has good features, but this kind of billing practice seriously affects trust. If the trial is not actually free, it should be clearly stated upfront. I’ve already contacted support for a refund. Be careful and double-check before you subscribe.
