On my second attempt to purchase a ticket, the price had unexpectedly doubled. In an attempt to find a solution, I checked other dates for flights, but the customer care team provided conflicting information. They indicated that I would need to buy extra baggage for those dates as well, even though this was not part of my original plan. This inconsistency has added to my frustration and confusion. Overall, my experience with the Traveloka app has been disappointing. It seems there is a lack of clarity and communication regarding credit vouchers and baggage policies.
