The size was WAY off and dress didn't fit. I just got it today and their policy says reach out to them within 7 days. I did. They wanted photos of me in my dress that was too small - PERVERTS. I said not on your life and customer service told me that shipping is too expensive for me - just send the photos. I said no again - and they are pressing me for photos WHY? Still havent received a label.
