One star because there is no option for -stars. The company is a scam. Do not use. I ordered a pair or metallic silver socks, received a pair of white cotton socks and now they are arguing that they sent the correct item. As someone else also said, they are offering a £3 refund earning them a profit of £16 if you take off £1 for the value of the poor quality white socks they sent. This is how they work.
