The most awful customer service ever
Even one star is too much. “I had a terrible experience with this company. I was charged £16.60 instead of the advertised £13.28. I contacted their support five minutes after ordering to cancel, but they ignored my request. Despite multiple emails, they insisted it was too late to cancel. This is extremely unprofessional. I haven’t even received the package yet, but I can already tell their customer service is awful. I strongly advise others to stay away.”
