Free spins don’t work half the time, no support
It has been two straight weeks now where the Spree Sweet Jar combo game has not given me my free spins when I purchase the “spree Sunday” 99.99 pack. Support has not replied to me even after countless emails to get this fixed. I have tried also creating a ticket through their website. I used to be able to live chat so i could at least talk to someone. That is gone now too. It’s terrible what they are doing. I also hit VIP. Hit their 15k play through and got NO benefits. All I get.are free spins packs which half the time don’t even work. User ID:850291 Edit: they replied and I got my free spins. I am not sure why I still can’t do live chat though. And thru still haven’t reviewed why I never got VIP benefits.
