Delay, delay, delay
I bought the Libon online. On the website it said it would be delivered in 7 to 10 workdays. It took 3 months to arrive. Customer service did respond but they couldn’t make the process go faster. In the end they offered me a gift as compensation for the enormous delay. The gift hasn’t arrived yet….. 😥 The bike itself is ok. You have to know though that when you try to go over 20 km an hour, you have to pedal to fast with your legs. So with driving support 20 km is max. There are no gears on this bike. I chose this one because it’s light weight and long range.
