I keep having problems shopping
I keep having problems shopping. There's no shopping cart that allows you to customize your shopping cart or cancel or delete orders. This can cause major problems. Once, I couldn't pay because my browser was updating in the background. I thought it was a bug and tried to reorder several times, until I realized it was my browser. I couldn't cancel the orders and had to contact support. The shop is anything but user-friendly!
