The battery of my mouse stopped working and i got a replacement
The battery of my mouse stopped working so i needed to use my mouse with cable i went on and contacted support to ask with what battery i could replace my mouse battery with and the support person asked my if i could send a video of my mouse working with cable and stops working without so i did that and that was enough for them and they went on and send me a replacement mouse.
