Ordered two pair shoes
Ordered two pair shoes. One pair, the right shoe was not glued down. Tried to get No Bull to exchange but they would not because I couldn't find the order number - couldn't remember which email I used and they could not look it up any other way. Very disappointed they don't stand behind their product and that they were willing to try looking up by my phone number.
